Broccoli and Butter Stir Fried
Ingredients:
- Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
- Grass-fed butter (2 tbsp)
- Chopped onions (4 tbsp)
- Chopped garlic (3 tbsp)
- Salt (2 tsp)
- 1 head of broccoli (chopped into smaller florets)
- Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
- Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
Add coconut oil to the pan and heat. Once the oil is hot, add grass-fed butter and mix till butter melts.
Add in onions and stir fry till onions turn golden brown.
Add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Keep the heat on low.
Add cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder, and broccoli florets into the pan and stir fry on high heat.
Once you see the broccoli is cooked, turn off the heat and add the broccoli to a bowl and it’s ready to serve.
