And now for my review.

I have been using this product now for about just under a month and I must say that I do feel much better on a daily basis. As I am not a fan of anything that does not have a pleasing taste, I was quite surprised at the taste of the Apple Cinnamon flavor. When mixed with water it was perfectly fine to me. However, I strive to always make things better and so started to experiment with flavored beverages or juice. My best combination was when mixed with Orange and Pineapple juice.

I cannot speak much about any gassy or bloated feeling in my day-to-day routine because prior to taking this, I didn’t recall experiencing any gas or bloating.

It does increase my bowel movements from 1 to 2 times a day so my body has been more regulated in that respect.

When it comes to Energy Boost, however, I have not experienced any boost to my energy levels so far, but your results may and will vary. My energy levels are about par with how they were prior.

I will say though that I have not been able to find another product with a more complete range of nutrients and blends that supports the overall health and wellness of the body. And so, I would recommend anyone facing any of the listed symptoms try it out.
