Recipe: Chicken Breast Fajita style
Ingredients:
1 slice of chicken breast
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 chopped yellow pepper
2 tbsp fajita spice mix
3 tbsp salsa
60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Mix the chopped onions, and chopped green, red, and yellow peppers with the fajita spice mix and salsa
Add in the cheddar cheese and stir the paste well.
Place a slice of chicken breast on a pan with aluminum foil. Use a knife and make a few diagonal cuts along with the chicken breast.
Rub the paste over the chicken and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
Add chicken to the oven and bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit (180°C) for 20 mins.
