Transformation of the Day: Felicia lost 42 pounds. Following her weight loss coach’s guidance, she traded fast and processed food for healthy food and started meal prepping. She also committed to doing cardio.

What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My motivation came from seeing all the transformations on Terry Starks‘ page, which was featured on Roland Martin’s website. The weight loss results were dramatic in such a short length of time. 

How did you change your eating habits?
I eliminated unhealthy foods and replaced them with clean food. I gave up fast food and started meal prep my meals, which consisted of lean meat, vegetables, fruit, and healthy fats. My nutritionist, Terry, designed a plan specific to my lifestyle and health conditions. 

What is your workout routine?
My workout routine consists of 30 minutes of cardio 3 to 4 times per week.

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 210 pounds. My current weight is 168 pounds. 

What is your height?
My height is 5’1″.

When did you start your journey?
I started my journey at the beginning of April 2022. 

How long did your transformation take?
My transformation took three months. 

Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
Weight loss surgery is not part of my journey. 

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is consistency yields results. Your results are based on how dedicated you are to the program. Terry will work diligently to get you to your weight loss goal. Trust his expertise and be patient. 

What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
The advice I have for women who want to lose weight is to trust that their desire to lose weight can be obtained with the guidance of Terry Starks. He is a certified nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition. 

Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised that he doesn’t let his program be about money. He truly cares about helping you become healthy at an extremely affordable price for everyone.
