Because of advertising there is so much confusion about how to lose weight and ‘tone up’. Fitness companies would have you believe that unless you buy the latest ab machine or weight loss supplement. You have no chance of losing weight or looking good.

This isn’t true, you can burn fat fast at home and you can do it if you are willing to put the effort in!

We can even use more advance training routines which can be considered better than steady state cardio on them gym machines. That quite frankly are one of the most boring types of exercise to do.

This type of training will elevate your metabolism for up to 37 hours after you have finished training. Which means you will burn more calories when you are resting the next day.

This is done with a combination of fat burning hormone release and Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC).

To get the benefits listed above we will be performing metabolic training with two phases. This burn fat fast at home workout will begin with circuit style training.

We will use the exercises shown below:

You do this part of the workout by doing as many reps of an exercise as you can for 30 seconds, then move onto the next one with no rest. Do as many reps for 30 seconds and so on until you have finished all the exercises listed. After all 6 exercises are completed, rest for 2 minutes before doing another 2 circuits in the same fashion for a total of 3 circuits.

If you can’t constantly do reps for the 30 seconds do not worry just take small breaks and keep churning out as many as you can until time is up. Feel free to add on more time if you are finding the 30 seconds too easy.

After you have completed your 3 circuits you can move onto part 2 of the burn fat fast at home workout. Which is a second set of bodyweight exercises known as the metabolic zone. We will be performing the exercises shown below:

For these exercises you perform as many as you can for 30 seconds then rest for 90 seconds before moving onto the next one. For example do as many jumping jacks as you can for 30 seconds, rest for 90 seconds before moving onto the burpees.

You only have go through the list once (although you are performing two of the exercises twice).

So now you know how to burn fat fast at home: The workout shown above will get your body’s metabolism boosted and producing fat burning hormones. It should take around 30 minutes to complete. You can go for a walk or jog afterwards if you wish, to burn even more calories. Just don’t train longer than an hour in total.

Aim to do this burn fat fast at home workout 3 times a week on non-consecutive days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Finally remember that you can’t out train a bad diet so don’t expect to see fat loss results if you are living in a burger bar. You don’t have to do anything drastic just watch what you eat and try to stick to lean proteins, fruit and vegetables. Try to avoid processed foods like packaged junk, white bread, pasta, white rice and other unhealthy foods.
